Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and implement AI solutions for contact centers utilizing Dynamics Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will develop NLP models integrate AI capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and support. This role also involves optimizing AI model performance and documenting all processes meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI solutions including virtual assistants for voice and chat.
  • Develop and maintain Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for various customer inquiry channels.
  • Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Integrate AI functionalities with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other platforms.
  • Monitor AI model performance to ensure high accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • 5 years in AI Machine Learning (ML) development preferably in retail or customer service.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in NLP tools (e.g. spaCy Hugging Face NLTK).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center solution and Azure AI services.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and deploying AI models in production.
