Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer and screen calls route inquiries and provide routine information
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with check-ins check-outs and documentation
- Manage organize file retrieve archive and track patient charts and records
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries following established procedures
- Provide administrative support for meetings calendars travel and departmental activities
- Order and manage office supplies and assist with administrative projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office or clinical setting
- Basic knowledge of office administration processes and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
