About the Role
Join a revitalised service led by newly appointed Senior Consultant and play a key role in shaping a hub-and-spoke model that will support the locals.
In this role you will:
- Deliver holistic compassionate care across inpatient community and hospice settings
- Provide advanced symptom management and complex decision support
- Work within a highly collaborative MDT including Nurse Practitioners and specialist nursing
- Influence service development workforce planning and clinical governance
- Work to the top of your scope and contribute to a growing regional model of care

- Staff Specialists: FAChPM (RACP) or eligibility
- SMO: FRACGP/FACRRM with significant Palliative Medicine experience (Clinical Diploma desirable)
- Strong communication teamwork and a compassionate patient-centred approach
- Commitment to ongoing CPD
