Job Summary
ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Completion &Handover Coordinator to be involved in an international Oil & Gas projectin South Korea.
The role focuses on ensuring the technicalintegrity consistency and timely execution of all Mechanical Completion andHandover activities coordinating documentation stakeholders and processes tosupport a safe and efficient transition from construction to commissioning andfinal delivery.
KeyResponsibilities:
Review Contractor documentation related toMechanical Completion ensuring adequacy correctness and compliance withProject Specifications Company Standards and applicable International Standards
Support the preparation implementation and verification ofcompletion-related documentation (specifications procedures quality plans)
Contribute to defining completion strategies priorities and executionsequences
Upload and verify data records and progress within the projects designatedCompletion Management System (e.g. WinPCS Procosys EasyPlant S-PCS PIMS orequivalent)
Manage ITRs status completion records punch lists and related close-outactivities
Manage non-conformities and support troubleshooting with Contractors andinternal stakeholders
Coordinate and validate documentation dossiers and certification related toMechanical Completion and Handover processes
Support the definition and coordination of completion teams and interfacesamong Engineering Construction Quality and Commissioning
Perform Quality Audits and ensure proper follow-up
Support meetings reporting and communication with the Client Project Teamand Contractors
Ensure alignment with project requirements interfaces and multidisciplinaryconstraints
Requirements:
Proven experience in similar MechanicalCompletion / Handover roles within Oil & Gas companies
Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards
Good understanding of Commissioning processes and methodologies
Good command of Completion Management Systems and documentmanagement/database tools (WinPCS Procosys EasyPlant S-PCS PIMS orequivalent)
Ability to read and interpret discipline documentation (ITRs punch listscompletion dossiers certification packages)
Strong analytical documentation and coordination skills
Fluent in English
HSE compliance and readiness to provide certificates required foroperational/on-site activities
