Job Summary:
The Service Desk Level 2 Analyst provides technical support to both internal and external customers assisting with issues escalated from Level 1 support. This role involves systems administration asset management password/access requests PC refresh implementation and HQ communications/AV assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Track changes and additions to the web help desk ticketing system.
- Assist with portal and queue calls for Level 2 support issues.
- Manage the shipping and disposal of end-of-life assets to the warehouse.
- Handle password and access requests for new hire email and initial setups.
- Track and implement PC refreshes.
- Provide HQ Communications/AV assistance in multiple conference rooms.
- Offer customer support to both internal and external customers.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of Google Microsoft and Adobe systems.
- Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date.
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Associates Degree
- Experienced Non-manager
