Job Role: Technical Business Analyst
Job Location: Dallas TX
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders development teams
Elicit analyze and document business and technical requirements (BRD FRD user stories use cases)
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications aligned architecture
Work closely with developers architects and QA teams during design development and testing phases
Support API integrations database interactions and system workflows
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning backlog grooming stand-ups retrospectives)
Validate solutions through UAT support test case reviews and defect triage
Ensure traceability between requirements design development and testing
Identify gaps risks and dependencies early-no last-minute surprises

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technical / application development environments
Hands-on understanding technologies (C# Web APIs MVC)
Solid knowledge of SQL Server / relational databases
Experience with REST APIs integrations and system-to-system communication
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong documentation skills (user stories acceptance criteria process flows)

Technical Understanding (Must-Have)

Ability to read and code at a high level
Familiarity with SDLC CI/CD concepts and application architecture
Experience working with tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or similar

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise or large-scale application development
Exposure to microservices architecture
Prior experience working with cross-functional global teams
Domain experience (Banking Insurance Healthcare or Retail) is a plus
