Mid-Level Product Security Analyst

The Boeing Company seeks a Mid-Level Product Security Analyst to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) cyber test capability and join their team in Seattle WA.

The successful candidate will be joining the growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability supporting the cyber certification of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). They will be joining a team of advanced Product Security Engineers from across Boeing Enterprise collaboratively developing best practices techniques and tools while fostering a community that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of cyber test events for avionics systems

• Support the development of test plans and detailed test procedures for certification

• Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 6 years of experience in software testing or related field (e.g. cyber test functional/integration test software development)

• 3 years of experience building detailed test procedures for quality assurance

• 3 years of experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development workflows

• 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation user manuals and process guidelines

• Knowledge and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience leading penetration tests

• 3 years of experience within the aerospace or avionics industry

• Experience with exploit development and malware analysis

• Experience with flight deck avionics and/or aircraft communication/navigation systems

• Experience with embedded systems Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
