Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a senior leader in Technical Product Management to drive the strategy and execution of software solutions for renewable plant automation and control. This role owns the product vision leads high-performing teams and partners closely with engineering and sales across the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities

Define product vision and multi-year roadmap (SCADA Power Plant Controllers Hybrid Energy Management Systems).

Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams.

Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Drive adoption of cloud AI/ML and edge technologies.

Engage with utilities regulators and key customers.

Support technical pre-sales RFIs/RFPs and solution presentations in the U.S.
Qualifications
-
15 years in Technical Product Management within renewable energy or T&D automation software.

Strong experience with renewable SCADA and power plant control systems.

Knowledge of industry standards (IEC 61850 CIM IEEE 2030.5 NERC CIP).

Proven leadership of senior product teams.

Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
