As a HR Officer you will provide essential support across HR operations. Youll help ensure smooth processes assist leaders and contribute to a positive workplace culture that values growth and innovation.
This role offers variety and impact combining HR generalist with recruitment responsibilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
What Youll Do
- Provide HR Support to leaders with HR processes policies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employment variations onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies procedures and the Enterprise Agreement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Queensland-based roles.
- Assist with Employee Relation matters including performance management and grievance handling.
- Help the team conduct risk assessments to mitigate people-related risks.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
