Full Stack Software Engineer | LATAM | 100 remote | 4,000 5,000 USD | React + .NET, Cloud & Data Focus | Operational CheckList SaaS Company

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who will play a central role in the development and evolution of our clients platform. Youll write production-quality code on both front-end and back-end (more experience in the front-end is preferred) participate in architectural discussions lead design reviews and collaborate directly with product designers to turn Figma mockups into fully working features. Youll also own data-intensive modules be involved in cloud infrastructure decisions and contribute to ensuring system reliability scalability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React delivering pixel-perfect and responsive UI from Figma designs.
• Build and maintain backend services / C# including scalable microservices deployed in the cloud.
• Participate in architecture design sessions provide input on trade-offs data modeling and infrastructure.
• Design implement and optimize SQL database schemas; write high-performance queries; ensure data integrity.
• Deploy test and monitor services in a cloud environment; define and enforce best practices for observability CI/CD and performance.
• Implement clean and maintainable CSS for cross-browser compatibility and a polished user experience.
• Troubleshoot debug and profile code to address bottlenecks failures or performance issues.

Qualifications :

• 48 years of professional experience in FULL STACK software development (More experience in the front-end is preferred).
• Deep expertise in React (v18) including both functional and class-based components.
• Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Significant experience with C# / .NET for backend development.
• Proficiency in SQL (schema design query writing indexing).
• Strong CSS skills and experience building responsive UIs.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or similar) preferably with microservices observability and CI/CD pipelines.
