We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to lead and scale our growth engine as we accelerate from 3000 customers toward becoming the definitive global sales tax compliance platform. This role will own the full growth functionfrom demand generation and pipeline creation to activation retention and expansiondriving revenue growth across all customer segments from startups to enterprise.
In this role you will
Own growth strategy and execution driving ambitious pipeline and revenue targets across SMB mid-market and enterprise segments in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Build and lead the Brand & Growth Marketing team including demand generation paid growth and web growth functions establishing a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making.
Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel programs including paid acquisition email campaigns and web growth marketing.
Partner with marketing teams to optimize conversion channels overseeing A/B testing and experimentation to maximize pipeline growth and improve conversion rates.
Partner with Marketing Ops to develop attribution models performance dashboards and forecasting frameworks to measure channel effectiveness and enable strategic resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Content Product Marketing Partner Marketing and Marketing Ops to align on integrated growth initiatives and optimize the customer journey.

Experience building high-performing teams with bias for experimentation rigorous testing and data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with ability to align Sales Marketing and executive stakeholders on growth strategy priorities and performance.
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with tactical execution comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels when needed.
