As we continue to expand were looking for a Head of Operations to lead our operational strategy strengthen internal systems and drive company-wide efficiency and performance.

Position Overview
The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations optimize processes and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This person will play a key role in scaling our infrastructure managing resources effectively and maintaining operational excellence as we grow.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a builders mindsetsomeone who can translate big-picture goals into streamlined systems and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and continuously improve operational processes to ensure smooth execution across all departments.
Build and implement scalable systems and workflows that support growth and maintain high service standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and Client Delivery teams to align goals and optimize performance.
Develop and monitor key metrics around productivity client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
Establish and maintain clear SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability throughout the organization.
Manage resource allocation hiring and training to support operational growth and efficiency.
Partner with leadership to set strategic priorities streamline operations and support revenue goals.
Foster a culture of communication ownership and continuous improvement across the company.
