- Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
- Draft contracts in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
- Prepare documents for server and disk upgrades decommissions and intra company contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle including initiation execution and tracking and renewal.
- Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Cloud Platform.
- Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.
Salary: $60000 - $65000/yr. (D.O.E)
Qualifications :
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field/s desired.
Skills:
- Technical: Proficient in ICT systems cloud platforms and digital collaboration tools
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Languages: Fluent in English Korean
