Position Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team in Atlanta GA. The successful candidate will work onsite at the Atlanta location supporting critical account operations and customer transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process project-specific tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Support smooth customer transitions during project migrations
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Assist with billing and transaction management processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
- Support account maintenance and data integrity initiatives
Requirements
- Experience: 0-5 years in account management customer service or related field
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta GA (no remote work available)
Contract Details & Benefits
