Job Title: Technology RecruiterExperience: Minimum 12 yearsLocation: ChennaiEmployment Type: ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting across various verticals managing end-to-end recruitment processes and leveraging multiple sourcing channels. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition stakeholder management and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing salary negotiation and offer Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as Naukri LinkedIn and other job portals to identify and attract top Tracking System (ATS): Work efficiently with ATS to manage and streamline recruitment Hiring: Manage hiring for specialized verticals including BPM Low Code Appian and other Technology niche Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers HR teams and business leaders to ensure seamless recruitment Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports to track progress and Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing portals like Naukri LinkedIn and other & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with excellent stakeholder management Skills: Proven ability to conduct salary negotiations effectively.
