Associate Data Architect II – Delivery Engagement Models & Contract Review

We are currently hiring for the role of Associate Data Architect II Delivery Engagement Models Contract & Pre-sales Document Review Project & Risk Management. This position is open in Bangalore Chennai Kochi and Trivandrum and follows a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

Role Overview
This role involves reviewing setting standards and providing direction to internal account and delivery teams on MSAs RFP responses contract documents and PIP statements primarily from a Delivery/Engineering and Risk Management perspective. The position also contributes to enterprise-level Deal Assurance Review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide guidance on MSAs RFPs contract documents and PIP statements across engagement models (Managed Services Fixed Price Managed Outcome Managed Capacity)

• Design and streamline Deal Assurance Review processes at an enterprise level

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Client Partners Delivery teams and Leadership

• Document analyze and present findings related to delivery and commercial risk

• Apply strong execution focus backed by delivery/engineering experience

Required Experience & Skills

• 15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Project/Program Management

• Strong background in Contract Management and Risk Management

• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies

• Proven exposure to Delivery and Engineering processes and tools

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AWS cloud services

  • Big Data frameworks

  • Kafka for data streaming

  • ETL tools and practices

  • Snowflake and cloud data warehouses

  • Strong SQL skills; RDBMS and NoSQL databases

  • Power BI for data visualization and reporting

• Notice period: 0 15 days only

• Demonstrated job stability

• All required skills clearly reflected in professional experience

• Ability to clear strict background verification (no dual employment; complete documentation required)

• 1 Client/Stakeholder Round
