- Responsible for driving commercial growth across the retail parking and fuel station sectors within the DACH region.
- Position vaylens backend solutions as a key platform for shopping centers parking facility operators and fuel station networks to efficiently manage and scale EV charging infrastructure.
- Identify new market opportunities by analyzing trends customer behavior and technology adoption in the target segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including decision-makers in retail groups real estate companies parking operators and fuel station brands or oil companies.
- Ensure long-term customer retention through structured account planning proactive success management and timely issue resolution.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales Customer Success Product Marketing and Finance to deliver maximum value to partners in the retail parking and fueling sectors.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Business Informatics or a comparable field.
- 35 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales ideally in e-mobility retail parking or fuel infrastructure.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts preferably in the above sectors.
- A structured independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing sales activities.
- Based in Germany with native-level German and fluent English skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a deep customer focus and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
