Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project excellence Join Sunwater as a Document Control Lead where youll play a vital role in providing direction team support and specialised business services. You will provide technical expertise in the establishment and implementation of a document control management procedure.

As a Document Control Lead at Sunwater you will:

• Lead and coach team of document controllers who are working across multiple major projects including the planning and allocation of the workload of shared document controllers to meet project requirements.
• Conduct assurance reviews of projects within the program to ensure quality and accuracy of data and information.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for improved practices across the Business Unit reinforcing continuous improvement.

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in leading a team of document controllers. Preferably you will have experience in a major infrastructure project environment. You will also bring:

• P3M expertise: Experience in designing implementing and maintaining P3M tools and templates to maximise value and ensure project excellence
• Strategic vision: Ability to design and deliver project program portfolio improvement strategies and programs
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership including the Board and executive leadership team
