About the role

The Senior Business Lead plays a critical role within Enterprise Transformation overseeing complex programs of work and guiding business outcomes through strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role ensures program objectives are clearly aligned to TACs business strategy and digital and technology priorities.

Operating at the intersection of business change and delivery you will use your strong operational and strategic insight to shape program scope identify emerging impacts and surface opportunities to enhance performance and outcomes. You will build trusted relationships across the organisation and with external partners providing early informed advice that supports effective decision-making and delivery.

You will also provide leadership across the program advocating for business outcomes aligning initiatives to strategic intent and building capability across Business Leads and subject matter experts. This is a highly influential role requiring the confidence to guide senior leaders navigate complexity and keep delivery focused on what matters most.

About the Team

This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division a collaborative and outcomes-focused environment responsible for delivering TACs most significant strategic initiatives. The division brings together business digital change and delivery expertise to drive sustainable enterprise-wide transformation.

You will work closely with Program Directors Change Delivery and Enterprise functions as well as senior leaders across the organisation contributing to a strong culture of partnership shared accountability and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team within the Business Lead practice and report to the Program Director - Best Client Outcomes. You will join and actively contribute to a supportive encouraging and highly collaborative team where open communication shared learning and shared accountability are strongly valued.

You bring a strong track record in strategic planning and influencing with experience shaping and overseeing complex business and/or digital programs. You can connect strategy to execution anticipate impacts and guide initiatives that enable TACs long-term objectives.
