Inviting applications for the role of Manager Agile Business Analyst with SQL Expertise!
In this role we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Business Analyst with strong SQL and database skills to join our dynamic this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams product owners and stakeholders to drive business insights support agile delivery and ensure data-driven decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset hands-on experience in SQL queries and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners Developers and Stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements in an Agile environment.
Serve as a Scrum Master or active team member during sprints ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract analyze and validate large datasets from relational databases.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions transforming business requirements into functional specifications.
Analyze business processes and workflows identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Create detailed user stories acceptance criteria process flow diagrams and data mapping documents.
Support testing data validation and user acceptance processes by providing query-based analysis and business logic validation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives etc.).
Monitor and report key performance indicators and metrics to stakeholders using data-driven insights.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries against large relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server Oracle).
Experience working on Agile projects and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with database design and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in working with Jira Confluence or similar project management tools.
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
