Main Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
- Design develop and implement training programs aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions workshops and e-learning.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning policies.
Performance Management
- Lead the annual KPI setting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor and track employee performance against KPls.
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Support managers in coaching and development plans for staff.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align learning and performance strategies with organizational goals.
Main Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development or performance management.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and performance frameworks.
- Excellent communication facilitation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
