A well-established super store is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities supplier management and cost control across diverse product lines. This position suits a procurement professional with strong commercial insight and hands-on experience in Cambodias retail or supermarket sector.

Key Duties

Plan and implement sourcing strategies for multiple categories
Source evaluate and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers
Monitor market conditions pricing trends and product availability
Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply
Control stock levels to minimize shortages and overstock
Coordinate with logistics finance and operations teams
Assess supplier performance and compliance
Produce procurement reports cost analysis and forecasts

Requirements

At least 5 years of procurement experience in Cambodias retail or supermarket industry
Solid understanding of local sourcing imports and supply networks
Proven negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Khmer; English or Chinese is a plus
