Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth build strategic partnerships and drive high-quality deal conversions. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and strengthening long-term business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue generation partnership development and deal conversion.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
  • Identify source negotiate onboard and manage strategic partners.
  • Handle qualified inquiries prepare proposals pricing and lead negotiations.
  • Manage sales pipeline follow-ups forecasting and conversion tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Customer Success Finance and Management teams.
  • Provide market insights customer feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Approve pricing discussions proposals and partner terms within authority.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or partnership management.
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Experience in pipeline management forecasting and KPI tracking.
  • Good understanding of pricing contracts and commercial terms.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM or sales tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
