Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth build strategic partnerships and drive high-quality deal conversions. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and strengthening long-term business relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue generation partnership development and deal conversion.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
- Identify source negotiate onboard and manage strategic partners.
- Handle qualified inquiries prepare proposals pricing and lead negotiations.
- Manage sales pipeline follow-ups forecasting and conversion tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate closely with Product Customer Success Finance and Management teams.
- Provide market insights customer feedback and competitor analysis.
- Approve pricing discussions proposals and partner terms within authority.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management or related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or partnership management.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Experience in pipeline management forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Good understanding of pricing contracts and commercial terms.
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM or sales tools knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
