Role: Sales Manager

A well-established provider of CCTV access control and intelligent security solutions is hiring a Sales Manager to lead commercial activity and grow market presence across Cambodia. The role is responsible for revenue generation team leadership and strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Lead coach and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.

Develop B2B and B2G opportunities within construction hospitality real estate and public sectors.

Build long-term relationships with developers contractors and senior stakeholders.
-
Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through contract close.

Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customised security solutions.
-
Produce sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates.
-
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings.
Requirements

Fluency in both Khmer and English.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience within technology construction or security solutions.

Demonstrated exposure to construction or technology-driven projects.

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Established industry network and strong relationship-building ability.

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
