Responsibilities
Lead a building maintenance team to perform maintenance activities of Architectural Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) in nature and civil assets for all station systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
Perform repair modification preventive and corrective maintenance works carry out equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement methods
Monitor maintenance contractors quality safety performance and co-ordinate the C&R Works on site
Assist in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level; or
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level or
- Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem solving skills
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
