Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to perform inspection checking verification and supervision on maintenance activities for Air-conditioning system that carried out by contractors in stations and depots
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to resolve related technical issues and inspect contractors air conditioner installation works on site
- Verify installation quality and safety practices
Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
