What Youll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
Logistics
- Responds to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Google sheets maintained with information gathered through emails and chats
- General tasks including booking trucks setting up LTLs etc.
- Review and ensure accuracy of invoices
Third Party Warehouse Management
- Prepares and sends orders with correct attachments to 3rd party warehouse partners.
- Provide direction and communication to 3rd party warehouse partners as it relates to outbound and inbound orders.
Inventory
- Upload and maintain orders in warehouse management system accurately and effectively.
- Review Receive and follow up on inventory moves from and to warehouse partners daily.
- Work with the Inventory team to ensure Inventory is up to date and accurate at specific times to ensure accurate information for other departments of the VIVO team.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
