Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact.
We incorporate the integrated systems solutions and services of our business DC and AC fields including HVDC Substations FACTS Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system such as renewables transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.
How youll make an impact
1. You will sell Hitachi Energys portfolio of Substation mainly and STATCOM partially to end-users/customers for domestic and re-export oversea opportunities focusing on volume mix business model and profitability targets for GPQSS Operating Unit.
2. You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs early engagement to promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
3. You will prepare sales plans and actions according to sales operation procedure of project screening and CTS supports bid/no bid analyses and decisions. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Updates opportunities status in SFDC and report to manager regularly.
4. You will create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Collaborates with regional FES. Participates in solution /product presentations technical meetings and negotiations with customers remotely or face-to-face and provide technical support and clarification. Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy (scope business model delivery time payments and general terms and conditions) in accordance with the required Hitachi Energy approval process and mandates.
5. You will ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Ensuring that the latest changes to Hitachi Energy portfolio and business models are communicated clearly to customers.
6. You will support Market Managers and the Front End organization to Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designate market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration also manage administrative procedures in the sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
7. You will prepare offers in coordination with support of tendering and application engineering. Ensures the most technically appropriate and competitive solutions including prices and terms and conditions in accordance with the required Hitachi Energy approval process and mandates of Risk Review.
8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors degree or above majoring in engineering (electrical engineering or power electronics is preferred).
2. Required with 5 working experience in the electrical-related industry; working experience in a multinational company engineering company or design institute is preferred.
3. Knowledge of electrical power systems products of substation and converter applications of renewable power quality and hydrogen various segments of industries utilities etc.
4. Strong communication skills with different stakeholders learning agility and good self-management skills.
5. Result-orientated very responsible and strong ability to solve conflicts.
6. Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.
