Job Summary
Responsibilities 职责
- Perform System Development/Management according to ISO 2626 standards during all project phases.
负责基于ISO26262标准的系统开发及管理工作
- Perform system design according to process and standards coordinate with colleagues for system/software/hardware safety design and implementation.
负责基于流程及标准的系统设计与其他同事将其落实到系统硬件及软件设计中
- Maintain the functional safety process and make sure the compliance according to ISO 26262
负责维护功能安全流程并确保产品开发过程中符合ISO26262标准
- Clarify responsibilities for safety activities (DIA) create item definition and HARA on behalf of OEM.与客户澄清功能安全开发接口协议以主机厂的视角创建危害分析
- Confirm safety goals safety requirements and create impact analysis safety plan.确认安全目标和安全需求并创建功能安全影响分析和安全计划
- Adapt platform safety concept to project perform system safety analysis review safety verification reports.
依托平台方案创建项目层面的功能安全概念实施系统安全分析并评审安全验证报告
- Define safety requirements for production and customer service.
定义用于生产和客户服务的安全需求
- Organize and perform independent safety assessment.
组织实施功能安全第三方审核
- Create safety report for series production (RT8/ML4)
创建用于产品量产释放(RT8/ML4)的功能安全报告
Qualifications :
Education学历
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 学士学位及以上汽车电子或计算机科学及工程等相关专业
Experience工作经验
- Min. 3 years of working experience about E/E development project management or quality management in automotive industry
至少3年在汽车行业电子电器系统开发项目管理或质量管理经验
- Finish training curriculum with Bosch as safety manager.
完成博世内部对于功能安全经理的培训课程包
- Familiar with E/E system Software and Hardware develop process in automotive industry
熟悉汽车行业电子电器系统软件及硬件开发流程
- Familiar with ISO 26262 ISO21448 ASPICE V-model etc.
熟悉ISO 26262 ISO 21448 ASPICE V模型等汽车行业标准流程
- Familiar with IATF 16949
熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系
- Familiar with FMEA FTA FMEDA
熟悉FMEA FTA FMEDA等分析验证方法
- Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred
具有跨国企业工作经验者优先
- Great passion for vehicle electric engineering

Skills 技能
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
良好的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
- Knowledge of German language desirable
具有德语能力者更佳
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team

- Ability to follow established procedures practices and instructions
