Weareseekingastrategicanddata-drivenSalesOperationsManagertobethebackboneofourcommercialeffectiveness.
Thisroleispivotalinoptimizingoursalesprocessesenhancingsalesforceproductivityand
integrityanddeliveringactionableinsightsthatempowerourfieldteamstowin.
KeyResponsibilities
&Planning:
PartnerwithSalesLeadershiptodefinesalesterritoriessetquotasandestablishkey
performanceindicators(KPIs).
Leadtheannualandquarterlysalesplanningandforecastingprocesses.
Analyzemarkettrendsandinternaldatatoidentifynewopportunitiesforgrowthandefficiency.
&Governance:
Designdocumentandimplementstandardizedsalesprocesses
(-to-orderaccountmanagement).
Continuouslyevaluateandimprovesalesworkflowstoeliminatebottlenecksandenhancethecustomerexperience.
EstablishandenforcepoliciesfortheCRMandothersalestoolstoensuredatahygieneand
processcompliance.
&Analytics:
Developandmaintainasuiteofdashboardsandreportstotracksalesperformanceagainst
targets( SalesEnablementplatforms).
Managesystemintegrationsensuredataflowaccuracyandleadusertrainingtomaximizeadoption.
&Training:
CollaboratewithMarketingandEnablementteamstoensuresalesteamshavetheright
contenttoolsandtrainingtobeeffective.
Developanddelivertrainingonsalesprocessessystemsandreportingtools.
Qualifications&Experience Essential:
BachelorsdegreeinBusinessFinanceEconomicsorarelatedfield.
5yearsofexperienceinSalesOperationsCommercialStrategyorBusinessAnalyticsrole
preferablywithinafast-pacedretailconsumerelectronicsorFMCGenvironment.
Provenexperienceinsalesforecastingterritoryplanningandquotasetting.
Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplexdatasetsintoclearactionable
insightsandcompellingpresentations.
Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskillswiththeabilitytoinfluence
seniorleadership.
