Reporting to theRegional Manager this position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and contractual support for Local Government Area (LGA) contracts across Yarra Casey Stonnington and Boroondarra. You will ensure smooth operational processes compliance and coordination of resources to support business objectives.

Leveraging your strong operations background and business acumen yourkey responsibilitieswill be to:

  • Manage and maintain contractual documentation for LGAs (Yarra Casey Stonnington Boroondarra).
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Assist with SIMPRO system implementation and administration including job scheduling data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees including documentation and induction.
  • Assisting with Purchase Order creation and tracking
  • Support fleet management activities including registration servicing schedules and compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate records for training certifications and compliance audits

About You

To excel in this role you will be highly organised with experience in a similar role in contracts or local governmentl with a can-do attitude and drive for operational excellence.

Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in contract administration and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in SIMPRO or similar job management systems.
  • Knowledge of fleet management and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
