The Role

As a Personal Care Worker youll provide assistance to our residents ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing independence interests and choices.

• To provide high quality safe and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs safe mobility and transfers and complete documentation.

• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

To be successful you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
• Experience in care role highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
