Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary L1 - Design (India) to lead our design practice across multiple cities in India. This senior leadership role involves setting the creative direction ensuring design excellence and driving innovation through technology integration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design philosophy proven leadership in managing large design teams and hands-on experience in workplace/commercial interiors.

FlipSpaces is a Virtual-Reality-Tech-based design and contracting venture that aims to revolutionize how consumers design and execute interior spaces. Our core is a groundbreaking technology product that gamifies the interior design experience putting control directly in the hands of the consumer. We are one of India's fastest-growing real estate ventures with expertise in consulting technology design and management of commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design function across multiple cities in India.
- Drive the creative vision and design philosophy for workplace and commercial interiors.
- Engage with clients at CXO and senior leadership levels to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Build mentor and lead a high-performing design team.
- Stay updated on global design trends sustainability practices and workplace innovation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.
- 12 years of professional experience in workplace/commercial interior design.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-city design teams.
- Experience in integrating technology into the design process.
- Strong problem-solving strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
