Job Summary

Our client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Planning the usage of space designing and setting up commercial floors and planning post-leasing operations and management.
Conducting market research on competing buildings that have been are or will be launched. Preparing feasibility reports for business plans for submission to company leadership and directly overseeing the implementation and driving approved business plans.
Seeking out expanding and developing relationships with potential customers and partners proposing solutions for working with partners.
Marketing promoting and consulting on leasing services to ensure full occupancy of commercial center floors and shophouse bases.
Developing a team of collaborators expanding marketing and sales channels for the companys products and services.
Coordinating with other related departments to address service issues and customer care.
Evaluating exploitation efficiency proposing optimal solutions to maximize leasing revenue monitoring achievement of revenue targets and developing new tenants.
Coordinating the development and implementation of marketing programs to attract tenants and support customer revenue growth at the commercial center.
Regular reporting: weekly monthly quarterly and yearly on departmental activities.
Other tasks as directed by the Board of Management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field Economics Commerce Business Administration.
Good communication quick thinking adaptability confidence responsibility and dedication.
At least 10 years of experience in leasing commercial centers/shophouses and 2 years in a management position.
Understanding of the real estate market especially commercial leasing. Knowledge of relevant real estate laws.
Ability to manage oversee and coordinate work execution; strong ability to handle pressure.
Proficient in English.
