Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Analyze market trends identify opportunities and develop growth strategies for each stage.
- Define business models for direct sales and through partners agents and distributors.
- Organize and oversee business operations to ensure achievement of revenue profit and market share targets.
- Manage Sales Pre-sales and Marketing teams (20 people) and develop high-performing teams.
- Expand and maintain a strategic customer network (banks securities insurance healthcare government agencies).
- Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with key partners and customers.
- Monitor and evaluate business results; forecast and propose adjustment solutions. Report directly to the General Director.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Economics Information Technology or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of the IT and cybersecurity market as well as security services and solutions.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in IT business including at least 35 years in senior management roles (Director/Deputy Director/Head of Sales).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales models and proven ability to build and execute revenue growth plans.
- Established network within FSI (Financial Services Institutions) Enterprise Government or Fintech sectors.
- Candidates with experience in technology security digital solutions or cybersecurity ecosystem companies are preferred.
- Strategic planning.
- Negotiation and bargaining.
- Communication and persuasion.
- Team management and development.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
