Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: KCN An Phat Hai Phong Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and acquire new customers in key industries including automotive medical devices industrial electronics and consumer technology.
- Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts from initial contact capability presentation RFQ handling negotiation to contract closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients particularly Japanese customers building long-term trust-based strategic partnerships.
- Lead and support technical discussions with customers ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering supply chain project management) to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
- Monitor the Vietnam EMS market including competitor activities pricing trends and emerging technologies.
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within EMS ODM or OEM industries.
- Proven B2B sales track record in EMS or related sectors such as electronic components or contract manufacturing.
- Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese customers is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes including PCBA SMT testing and supply chain operations.
- Strong self-motivation proactive mindset and entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
- Excellent negotiation presentation communication and influencing skills.
- Business-fluent proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary & benefits: Competitive salary with housing allowance.
- Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
