JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES DIRECTOR
Our client is a manufacturing and engineering enterprise specializing in steel towers steel structures steel poles galvanized steel products extruded steel products steel pipes and related components; power infrastructure equipment; EPC services for steel structures; metal surface treatment and heat treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for overall sales and business development activities in the power sector in Vietnam including:
- Power transmission towers and poles
- Galvanizing production lines
- Renewable energy projects (especially solar power)
- Power and electrical infrastructure projects
- Lead market development in Vietnam accurately identifying and penetrating target customers while enhancing product visibility and brand recognition.
- Establish and manage the Vietnam representative office and sales team ensuring effective coordination with internal departments to deliver projects and orders on time with high quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development related to:
- Power transmission towers and poles
- Galvanizing lines
- Renewable energy (solar power) projects
- Power and electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong industry knowledge and solid network within the power energy or telecommunications sectors.
- Proven capability in business strategy development marketing planning and commercial management with successful experience in market expansion or large-scale project execution.
- Strong leadership market sensitivity and high-level commercial negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English or Chinese for business communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: VND 110 150 million/month (gross)
- Allowances: Phone and business travel expenses
- Probation: 2 months (85% of official salary during probation)
- Insurance: Full social health and unemployment insurance based on full salary
