The Senior Manager Operations and Innovation Integration- Fleet Department will serve as a strategic bridge between the operational functions of our fleet sales business and the evolving landscape of innovation and technology (Particularly the DRIVE project). This role is critical in driving efficiency incorporating digital capabilities and fostering collaboration across SET and TMNA to deliver added value to our customers and partners.
This is an onsite role from our Deerfield Beach Florida office.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the operations teams current duties workflows and challenges.
Analyze current operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with IT to implement technological improvements particularly during the DRIVE phase transitioning from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to future-state solutions.
Lead the rollout and adoption of digital tools automation platforms and data analytics solutions across the fleet sales organization.
Build and maintain relationships with our fleet customers operational staff to better understand their needs and pain points.
Partner with Vehicle Processing Centers (VPCs) including TMNA locations to address process delays and uncover improvement opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team lead to design and deliver added value components tailored for FMCs licensees and dealers.
Work with other SET departments and our TMNA partners to find opportunities/process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations process improvement or technology integration within a sales or logistics environment.
Must be willing to travel about 20% of the time to meet with strategic business partners.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital tools automation platforms and data analytics systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Good to have a background in fleet sales automotive operations or customer relationship management
Experience working with IT teams on product development or system enhancements.
Exposure to innovation frameworks such as MVP-to-Future State transitions.
