Job Summary

MalaceHR is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations at a high-profile corporate Facility Manager will serve as the onsite point of contact coordinating all facility operations engaging and directing third-party service providers and ensuring the site remains safe secure and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is technically and engineering-savvy with a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to assess equipment communicate effectively and recommend appropriate solutions.

A remote support resource will be available for guidance as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the client ensuring seamless facility operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and oversee all third-party vendors performing maintenance repairs inspections or facility services.

  • Monitor building conditions to ensure safety cleanliness and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct and coordinate facility inspections preventative maintenance activities and service schedules.

  • Review vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or additional services.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and occupant requests.

  • Ensure all facility documentation reports and logs are accurate complete and submitted on time.

  • Oversee and understand the maintenance and operation of equipment building systems and mechanical/electrical infrastructure (no hands-on repair work required).

  • Assist in planning administering and monitoring budgets for facility operations contracts supplies and equipment.

  • Uphold all facility safety requirements policies and procedures.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand building systems equipment basics and maintenance processes.

  • Excellent communication customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of facility management practices vendor oversight and property operations.

  • Ability to analyze building performance identify risks and provide sound operational recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel etc.).

  • Familiarity with budgeting forecasting and resource planning.


Education & Experience

  • 810 years of facility management or related experience ideally in a corporate or high-profile environment.

  • Experience overseeing third-party vendors and working with engineering or technical systems strongly preferred.
