• M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey Medical License CDS and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding patient-centered care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents in various clinical settings.
• Develop implement and manage individualized patient care plans including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians psychologists social workers nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage with patients families and caregivers to provide education support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in team meetings case conferences and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
