Working closely with leadership and other teams youll actively contribute to HR strategies that enhance engagement and wellbeing across the company.
Your mission
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Support HR processes including recruitment onboarding engagement activities and offboarding with care and professionalism.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation assist with payroll and benefits administration and ensure legal and policy compliance.
Continuous processes:
Identify document and implement enhancements to HR processes ensuring they are efficient consistent and aligned with best practices.
Culture & Engagement:
Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our culture
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
- 23 years of professional experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
- A proactive adaptable and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
