Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Development Officer to promote and sell our Tax Consulting Services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales strong communication skills and the ability to understand client needs related to taxation. This role focuses on lead generation client meetings (online or office-based) pitching tax services nurturing relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for Tax Consulting services including SMEs corporations and startups.
Generate leads through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn outreach referrals and business directories.
Conduct online or office-based meetings to understand client requirements (Income Tax Sales Tax SECP compliance NTN filings corporate matters etc.).
Present company services and offer customized tax consulting solutions based on client needs.
Prepare proposals quotations and service agreements in coordination with the tax team.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with internal tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
Stay updated with relevant FBR regulations compliance requirements and tax updates.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review and strategy planning.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales business development or client servicing (tax/finance/consulting preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand tax-related requirements and explain services clearly to clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Basic knowledge of tax processes (Income Tax Sales Tax FBR filings) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling tax financial legal or consulting services.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM HubSpot etc.).
Basic understanding of corporate compliance and SECP regulations.
