JOB DETAILS
Location: DHA Phase 3 Lahore
Timings: 4 PM - 1 AM
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with proven expertise in B2B sales and partnerships. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of closing large-scale deals creating long-term partnerships and leading initiatives that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Identify qualify and close high-value B2B opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product operations) to design customized solutions for clients.
- Lead negotiations contract discussions and partnership agreements.
- Monitor KPIs prepare sales forecasts and report progress to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5-6 years of proven business development experience with a strong focus on B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to design and implement long-term sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and pipeline management.
- Results-oriented self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
