Job Summary

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Research potential clients industries and market trends

  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities

CRM & Data Management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating client and lead data in CRM tools

  • Ensure accurate documentation of communication and follow-ups

Online Platforms Support

  • Support senior team members in managing profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork Fiverr Freelancer and LinkedIn

  • Assist in drafting bids proposals and outreach messages

Sales Funnel Assistance

  • Help track leads through different stages of the sales funnel

  • Coordinate follow-ups and maintain records of client interactions

Proposal & Communication Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals presentations and introductory documents
    Join client calls or meetings for learning and note-taking purposes

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and share insights with the team

  • Support research related to pricing services and market positioning

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain sales-related records and assist with internal reports
    Support the business development team with day-to-day tasks



Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.

Communication Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Understanding:

  • Basic understanding of IT services software development or digital solutions (training will be provided)

Tools & Platforms (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn freelancing platforms or email outreach

Personal Traits:

  • Willingness to learn proactive attitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance
