Assist in drafting bids proposals and outreach messages
Sales Funnel Assistance
Help track leads through different stages of the sales funnel
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain records of client interactions
Proposal & Communication Support
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and introductory documents
Join client calls or meetings for learning and note-taking purposes
Competitor & Market Analysis
Conduct basic competitor analysis and share insights with the team
Support research related to pricing services and market positioning
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain sales-related records and assist with internal reports
Support the business development team with day-to-day tasks
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
Communication Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Understanding:
Basic understanding of IT services software development or digital solutions (training will be provided)
Tools & Platforms (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho or similar)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn freelancing platforms or email outreach
Personal Traits:
Willingness to learn proactive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance
