Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and ready for new arrivals.
- Assist in arranging guest services such as transportation dining and entertainment reservations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotels policies services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle payment procedures process transactions and maintain accurate records of receipts and guest accounts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic knowledge of computer applications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
