Job Summary

This job is with Work Together.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and ready for new arrivals.
  • Assist in arranging guest services such as transportation dining and entertainment reservations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotels policies services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle payment procedures process transactions and maintain accurate records of receipts and guest accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic knowledge of computer applications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
