Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Back Office Admin to support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of administrative or back-office experience who can work independently stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal databases spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Process organize and manage incoming data records and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as email management scheduling and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements and ensure timely task completion.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of information and outputs.
  • Help streamline processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative back-office or operations support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM tools project management platforms or workflow apps is a plus.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. At least 24 years of accounting experience preferably in general accounting or accounts payable/receivable. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero or similar). Strong understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
