Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Back Office Admin to support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of administrative or back-office experience who can work independently stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and update internal databases spreadsheets and documentation.
- Process organize and manage incoming data records and reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email management scheduling and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements and ensure timely task completion.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of information and outputs.
- Help streamline processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative back-office or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM tools project management platforms or workflow apps is a plus.
- A proactive and reliable individual who thrives in remote settings communicates clearly adapts quickly and contributes to efficient internal operations.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. At least 24 years of accounting experience preferably in general accounting or accounts payable/receivable. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero or similar). Strong understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
