Technology Lead

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are recruiting a highly capable Technology Lead to manage and enhance all digital systems within the organization. This onsite role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration Zoho products data backup systems and day-to-day technology operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system performance support all departments and drive technology-led efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the full Microsoft 365 suite (Teams SharePoint Outlook OneDrive Azure AD).
Configure support and optimize Zoho applications including Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Forms and Zoho Mail.
Implement and monitor data backup systems ensuring regular backups secure storage and verified restore points.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications devices and user accounts.
Lead technology improvement initiatives system upgrades and workflow automation projects.
Train staff on digital tools and prepare user guides or quick-reference materials.
Enforce IT security policies and monitor system compliance.
Support the CEO with insights on technology strategy and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration.
Practical experience with Zoho products (Books People Forms Mail).
Strong understanding of data backup systems and recovery processes.
Familiarity with workflow automation (Power Automate Zoho Flow).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
Reliable proactive and able to work independently onsite.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (preferred).
35 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Certifications in Microsoft 365 Azure or Zoho (added advantage).
