Were expanding our business in Denmark and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our experienced sales team in Copenhagen.
As a Sales Manager youll play a key role in growing Wolt in Denmark by acquiring new restaurant and retail partners to our platform. Youll own the entire sales process from the first contact to a signed agreement and be an essential part of our continued expansion.
Youll reach out to potential partners via phone and email to book meetings and then visit them in person to present Wolt and build strong lasting relationships.
What youll be doing
Youll be part of a dynamic and experienced sales team of 9 Sales Managers 6 based in Copenhagen and 3 in Aalborg Jutland working closely together across Denmark. Our team is driven collaborative and passionate about helping our partners grow and making Wolt the preferred choice for both restaurants and retail stores
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Manage your own portfolio of potential partners driving outreach and systematic follow-ups
- Book and conduct meetings with restaurants and retail partners (e.g. kiosks bakeries convenience stores florists)
- Work primarily out of Copenhagen while covering all of Zealand to expand Wolts presence across our cities
- Plan your time efficiently and be flexible to travel with 12 overnight stays per month when needed to cover your area effectively
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a smooth handover to our Partner Onboarding Team
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve our sales approach
- Make sound business decisions based on both data and your commercial intuition

- Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment setting ambitious goals and celebrating success together
- A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and solid commercial understanding
- Fluent in Danish and English (note: your initial interviews will be conducted in English)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Pipedrive) is a plus
- Experience within the hospitality restaurant or retail industry is an advantage
