Sales Excellence Student Assistant

You will work with Pursuit leads on some of our firms most important bids support in optimizing and professionalising the Nordic pursuit process and have the opportunity to work with dedicated people of all levels across multiple industries and build a strong professional network.

We need someone who is interested in:

• Visual communication in proposals.
• Developing content for proposal materials.
• Supporting large proposals across the Nordics.
• Coordinating tasks for different projects.
• Managing databases and libraries of relevant pursuit proposal documentation.
• Project management and stakeholder management.

The work corresponds to approximately 20-25 hours per week but can vary depending on busy periods where we expect a certain degree of flexibility from your side. Of course we offer flexibility in return and will naturally respect your exam periods.

Qualifications :

• You are ambitious with a strategic mindset and a high focus on quality.
• You are proactive and take ownership and are ready to go the extra mile.
• You have a flair for graphical layout.
• You understand the relationship between written text and visual expression.
• You are skilled and capable of working in PowerPoint.
• You are strong in written communication and have an expert level of Danish and English.
• You have an interest in project and stakeholder management to coordinate tasks and engage stakeholders effectively.
• You are currently pursuing your higher education possibly with a communication or graphic focus.
• Ideally you are on your bachelors degree.
