What you will be doing in this role

Reporting to our Business Development Manager youll play an important role in strengthening relationships with clinicians GPs and key stakeholders.

You will coordinate Clinical Engagement diaries and provide support to the Business Development Manager for GP site and regional visits while also assisting with the planning and delivery of business development activities and events for GPs and AMOs.

In addition you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department including invoicing reconciliation sessional room scheduling and general office duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM to ensure accurate engagement tracking and reporting.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive organised and energetic professional to further their career in the healthcare sector while working as part of a supportive and collaborative Marketing and Communications team.

• Confident with Microsoft Office Teams and databases

• Drivers licence essential

• Healthcare admin and/or CRM experience desirable
